UNDERSTANDING THE METAVERSE

Looking to get a head shot at what the Metaverse really is? Here is a quick one.

Metaverse is a collective virtual shared space, created by convergence of virtually enhanced reality . In simple terms, it means, bringing the computer world into human reality.

The same way the world, graphics, lifestyles, etc are embedded into the computer to create an expression, life or story, that is the exact same way the computer world is being brought into reality known as METAVERSE.

This virtual world is highly interactive and allows lands, buildings, and even personalized avatars to be traded using cryptocurrency. In the metaverse’s virtual environments, people can explore various places, make friendships, build virtual assets, purchase goods and services, and attend virtual events.

ADVANTAGE OF THE METAVERSE

Unlike the regular internet that allows you to see and meet people across the screen, on the internet, the Metaverse allows you to:

Be in the experience, where you are actually involved and engaged in what you aim to do. thereby, allowing you to feel and be felt.

It limits distance barrier, thereby bringing you in contact which friends, family and business colleagues. Infact, institutions and organizations can hold meetings in the Metaverse.

It's give you the opportunity to explore new environment.

Event managements and lots more.

Infact, one cannot even begin to imagine how wonderful the Metaverse is gonna be and that is why some already refer to it as the next internet.

CONSENSUS MECHANISM

The Metaverse combines three different consensus mechanisms to secure it's network. Thus:

Proof of Work (PoW)

Proof of Stake (PoS), and

Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS),

These are broken up into different phases for easier management.
